I enrolled in Trey’s personal training/coaching/nutritional program in October 2022. We focused on mindful eating habits, increasing water intake, and establishing an at-home exercise routine. I’m using FitBit to track everything that syncs to his coaching app! We have weekly check-ins to discuss how it’s all going. I can also ask questions and get feedback and support anytime.
One of my initial goals was to consume 32oz of water daily and less soda; now, I’m consistently drinking 80oz and soda on occasion. My exercise routine is at the comfort of my home with minimal equipment. We have integrated resistance bands, a kettlebell, and two 10lb dumbbells into a routine that works the whole body.
The app is super easy to use. My workouts are customizable, and goals can change as you see fit. Trey also has meal plans if you’re struggling with structuring on your own.
