When I transitioned 15 years ago, I had a vision of how I wanted my body to look, but honestly, I didn't know if it was possible. I spent hours researching nutrition, workout routines, supplements, and really anything else I could get my hands on. I told myself that no matter what, I would never quit working towards my ultimate goal. Today, I'm happy with how I look, and most importantly, how I feel. Only a transperson can truly understand the breadth of that statement. 

I've helped many transmen in the past to achieve their goals, and I'm back for more! I am here to help you achieve yours. One of the most important things I've learned in my journey is that transforming means different things for different people, and so I create personalized fitness and nutrition plans–just for you–to achieve your fitness goals. 

About Me

Some important things you will learn from me are to keep your eyes on the prize, and stick to the facts, not the stories. I promise you that no matter how you look or feel today, you can achieve the body you desire. Thinking you are “big boned” or that you’ll never have a flat stomach or that being overweight runs in your family are all stories. The change starts with you, and the facts are that you can naturally sculpt your body to any shape you desire with the right nutrition and fitness regimen. I will help you to set goals and not lose sight of them.
