TREY SHEIDLER

Trey grew up as an overweight and shy kid in the Midwest. Assigned female at birth, that shyness was a direct result of the dysphoria of being in a body that didn’t feel right for him, even though he didn’t necessarily realize it at the time.
At 16 years old, the dysphoria got out of hand and
depression took over. Despite having the knowledge to maintain his healthy weight, he started to have an unhealthy relationship with food, secretly bingeing on convenience store processed foods whenever he got the chance, as a way of dealing with his emotions. He felt completely out of control and the weight gain followed.
After years of an unhealthy obsession over food and weight, he discovered his love for running. His passion for running resulted in a natural shift in his diet. He found more of a balance with healthy eating and went on to complete several half-marathons and even more smaller races. He was addicted. At 23, he was lost in his career and decided to follow the family military tradition. After all, he had the running part down.
The Air Force was a nice change for him and he maintained his fitness throughout his enlistment. However, all the newfound time alone with his thoughts allowed Trey the chance to come to terms with his own gender identity. Because being transgender in the military wasn’t allowed, he had to wait until the age of 27 to begin his medical transition. While that was torture, he realized that through strength training he could begin shifting his body to match his mind.

As an additional benefit, strength training also helped Trey feel strong after leaving the Air Force as a disabled vet and ignited his purpose for helping others; he decided to pursue a career in the one thing that so greatly improved his mental health and brought him some much-needed confidence. After completing a degree in Strength, Nutrition, and Personal Training, Trey became a certified personal trainer through ACE in 2011 and has been committed to helping clients improve their lives ever since.
While transitioning to the gender one feels connected to is a much more extensive process than a quick bio can express, Trey openly shares this information because education is key in making the world a better and more understanding place.
Trey understands the struggle of one’s body not lining up with their mind. He understands how it feels to want something that seems so far away. The journey to get healthy is as much mental as it is physical, and Trey enjoys helping others tackle those struggles head on.

Throughout his own journey, Trey has also become an expert on how hormones affect the body and how to combat associated challenges. He’s well rounded in his fitness experience (specializing in weight loss, strength training, and body recomposition). He's a total nutrition nerd, from cooking to emotional eating to plant-based diets and everything in between.
Trey enjoys working with the self-proclaimed underdogs and those looking to feel more comfortable in their own skin. He knows from personal experience how discouraging it can be without the proper guidance, understanding, and mindset. He can be described as annoyingly passionate and overly positive, and above all, is a firm believer that our most difficult challenges make us stronger than we can ever imagine.

This program is for people who want to lose weight and body fat, build physical strength and confidence, get results that last, and get off the diet roller-coaster once and for all. I won’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, I’ll help you build habits that will get you results that last forever.
✅ You’re tired of “quick fix” programs and are willing to dedicate time to getting in shape the sustainable way
If you’ve tried something before and “failed” — or just can’t stick with it — know that you’re not alone. And it’s not your fault. After all, self-directed training and nutrition programs fail 98 percent of the time. Not to mention, after many years in the fitness industry, I’ve seen dozens of diet and exercise fads come and go. That’s why I don’t follow fads. Instead, I’ll teach you doable daily actions that are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. Bottom line: I’ll help you make fitness and nutrition a part of your life, without it taking over.
✅ You want an expert to hold you accountable and keep you consistent through the program
Nothing worth doing can be done alone. That’s why I work closely with my clients to help them eat well and exercise, no matter what other craziness is going on in their lives. You’re busy and have enough to worry about; let me take care of the fitness and nutrition details so you don’t have to.
💰 Give me one year. You’ll get in the best shape of your life — or your money back.
Stick with me for a full year and follow my recommendations. If you don’t get what you’re looking for at the end of the year, I’ll give you a full refund. You get to decide if the program was worth it. Why do I do this? Because I stand by my work. I know you’ll walk out healthier and happier than ever before. All you have to do is take the first step.
